Overview And Experience
Patrick joined the corporate and commercial team in July 2018 having previously been a partner for a number of years at city of London practices and in house counsel at an international financial institution.
Patrick has considerable experience of international and domestic corporate, commercial and financing transactions. His practice is primarily focused on mergers and acquisitions, private equity/venture capital investments, joint ventures and restructurings acting for owner managed businesses, investors, family offices, entrepreneurs and management teams across a wide range of sectors and jurisdictions.
