Overview And Experience
Joseph works on a broad range of corporate and commercial matters including advising on company incorporation, bespoke articles of association and shareholder agreements, corporate governance, and Companies Act procedures such as off-market share buybacks and the removal of company directors.
Joseph completed his training contract at Hanidel Jones LLP in September 2019 having undertaken seats in Corporate & Commercial, Real Estate & Construction, Dispute Resolution and Immigration. He joined the firm in September 2014 as a Legal Assistant, before becoming Head Legal Assistant in July 2016. Prior to joining Hanidel Jones LLP he studied the Legal Practice Course (LPC) at BPP Holborn where his elective subjects included Commercial Law and Intellectual Property, Corporate Finance, and Media and Entertainment Law.
Joseph is a Pro Bono Committee member and has worked on a number of projects with Amicus, a charity that fights for justice on death row in the United States, and Queen Mary Legal Advice Centre.
