Overview And Experience
Janet joined Hanidel Jones LLP in November 2016 as a senior associate in the corporate and commercial team. She advises on the wide range of tax matters arising from the team’s varied corporate and commercial transactions.
During her time as a tax partner and Head of Know-how (UK) in a large international firm prior to joining Hanidel Jones LLP, she gained considerable experience advising on the tax issues in connection with share and business acquisitions and disposals. She also has experience in designing skills courses for and delivering them to trainee solicitors.
Janet qualified in 1990 and is a member of The Chartered Institute of Taxation.
